Associate Neil Crowell

b. Tuesday, May 3, 1910 – d. Wednesday, July 24, 1996

Our associate Neil Crowell was a founding member of the Norbertine Associates in 1986.  Neil functioned as an acolyte, lector and Eucharistic minister at abbey liturgies.  For over a decade, Neil, with the help of his wife Jo, baked Eucharistic bread for the abbey liturgies.  Neil demonstrated his special love for the Order when in 1989, he sold his home so that he and his wife could join the Associates on a tour of European abbeys.  Neil died Wednesday, July 24, 1996, at the age of 86.
