Other Comments: Although there was a Canonry of "White Monks" in Jerusalem during the Crusader era, it most certainly was not O.Praem., nor Canons of the Holy Sepulchre. Neither were they Knights Templar. However, it is worthy to note that the first sighting of Jerusalem by the Crusaders was from the heights at the tomb of the prophet Samuel, which later became a Premonstratensian house (see St. Samuel).
