History:

Southwest of Prague, fairly close to the border with Germany.  Founded in 1193 by Blessed Hroznata. Daughter house of Strahov Abbey.  After the fall of the communist regime in Czechoslovakia in 1989/1990, this monastery - Tepla - was reoccupied by a norbertine community.
